Venktesh Shukla
President and Chief Executive Officer
Shukla has had a long and varied career that includes sales, marketing, and general management, and a proven track record of leading companies through rapid growth. He was most recently senior vice president of marketing and business development at Magma Design Automation, Inc. Before joining Magma, Shukla was the CEO of Everypath, Inc., a leader in enterprise mobile computing. Previously, he was vice president of marketing at Ambit Design Systems, Inc., and prior to that, vice president of marketing at Cadence Design Systems, Inc. In 1990, Shukla helped found the standards organization Open Verilog International (OVI), which has since become Accellera. He holds a Masters in Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelors of Electronics from M.A. National Institute of Technology, Bhopal in India.

Chris Wilson
Founder and Chief Technical Officer
Wilson possesses extensive experience in all aspects of hardware design in senior roles at companies such as Amdahl, HaL Computers, and Tandem Computers, and startups such as Andor Systems and Candlestick Networks. Wilson's expertise ranges from architecture definition to design, verification, and system integration. He received a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 2002, an MS in EE from Stanford, and BS in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Nafees Qureshy
Vice President of Engineering
Qureshy possesses more than 19 years experience in key technical and managerial leadership roles, with the majority of that time focused on electronic design automation functional verification tool development. Most recently, he was Vice President of Engineering at Arteris, a Network-On-Chip interconnect intellectual property company. Before Arteris, Qureshy was Vice President of Engineering at Jasper Design Automation, and prior to that he led the development of SystemC-based High Level System Design tools at CoWare, as the Senior Director of Engineering. Qureshy also spent 10 years at IKOS Systems in several technical and management positions eventually becoming Director of Engineering. Qureshy received a MS degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University and a BTech degree in Electrical Engineering from The Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay.

Raghu Srigiriraju
Vice President and Managing Director
Nusym Technology India Pvt Ltd.

Srigiriraju brings strong management and technical leadership experience to Nusym. Recently, Srigiriraju was founder and CEO of the EDA software services company, Mirafra Technologies. Prior to that, he led the VCS simulation R&D team in Synopsys, Bangalore, where he successfully delivered numerous technology advances for the simulator. Srigiriraju was a key developer in the Synopsys VCS R&D group in the USA for seven years. Srigiriraju received a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and a Masters in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Kenneth Imboden
Co-Founder
Imboden has over 15 years of EDA development experience at Amdahl Computers, where he was Principal Engineer and key developer of a simulator for large mainframe computer designs. More recently, he was Director and Principal Software Architect for MMC Networks. He received a MS degree in Computer and Information Science from Ohio State University, and a BS degree in Computer Science from Purdue University.

David Gold
Co-Founder
Gold has over 25 years of engineering experience in ASIC verification, hardware and software design. His work has spanned EDA, networking, and commercial and government research programs. Prior to Nusym, Gold worked at Candlestick Networks, Essential Communications, and the Los Alamos National Laboratory, as well as in his own verification consulting company. Gold received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Mexico.
